Synopsis
The Ontario Visual Heritage Project: Norfolk County explores the history of the Southwestern Ontario County of Norfolk and the city of Simcoe. For hundreds of years it has been Lake Erie and the sandy soils along its shores that have attracted natives, settlers, and capitalists to Norfolk. A diverse landscape, the area is filled with stories of ingenuity, witch craft, shipwrecks and rum running
