Synopsis
The Ontario Visual Heritage Project: Elgin County explores the history of St. Thomas and Elgin County, with a special emphasis on the life and influence of Colonel Thomas Talbot, a powerful and esoteric government official who oversaw the early European settlement of the region.

This project was produced in cooperation with the Living History Multimedia Association, with funding from the Ontario Trillium Foundation. It is part of the Ontario Visual Heritage Project.
